Shipping & returns

Schormand sends to the whole world. We only ship with well-known and reputable courier companies. All shipments must be acknowledged in person, unless there are other options with the courier company. We send not send to Postboxes

We usually deliver your package within 2-3 working days.

We offer free shipping to all of Scandinavia.

Within the EU, shipping costs 150 DKK. For orders outside the EU, the shipping fee will be 400 DKK.

If your order were to consist of several different items, it may happen that the order is split into several different deliveries. You will only be charged ONE total shipping fee.

How to return

You always have a 15-day right of return on all items from the date of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as upon receipt. This means that the goods must not be washed, endorsed with a name or the like.

  1. If possible, put the item back in its original packaging
    Any signs, marks and stickers must remain on the products - likewise, the products must not bear signs of e.g. wear, stains or damage or odors from external odors.
  2. Fill in the return slip
    In the package sent to you, you will find our return slip. Follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the products and enclose the return slip
    The completed return slip is attached to your package together with the returned goods. Please reuse our original packaging or pack the returned goods in a new bag / box. 
  4. Send the package to our address - you are free to choose which provider you want to use, as you have to pay the return shipping yourself. The package is sent to

  5. Get your money back or exchange for another size / item
    We process your returned item within 2-3 working days. Once we have processed your return, you will either get your money back or exchange your item according to your own wishes, which you have noted on the return slip. You can also always write to us at info@schormandgroup.dk
  6. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will go back to the payment card that was used when the order was placed. Alternatively, you must write to us at info@schormandgroup.dk, if the refund is to be made in another way.

In that case, you must book an appointment on our website, as we are only open by appointment.

Return conditions:

  • We do not accept packages sent by post. COD, and we do not have the ability to pick up shipments sent without delivery.
  • Please pack the item securely and preferably in original packaging when you return. Do NOT put the return label directly on the original packaging.
  • If you have products from different orders, these may be collected in one return shipment - however, you must enclose a completed return slip for each of the orders.
  • We do not refund / exchange items where adjustments / changes have been made. See also our terms and conditions.

Do you want to exchange one item for another?

If you want to exchange an item for another, you must send it back to us in the same way as described above. Once we have received and processed your returned goods, we will send you the desired item within 2-3 days.

Do you want to return a gift?

Should you have received a gift purchased from us that you wish to return, simply:

  • Fill in our return slip or write to us at info@schormandgroup.dk
  • Please enter the donor's telephone number / address so that we can find the order in our system.
  • Enter the order ID of the order (if you know this).
  • Send it to our address according to the instructions above.
